Action Center Notifications
Overview
Action Center notifications are wonderful system reminders to help keep you on top of critical client management issues, such as missing bill rates and expiring HR requirements or authorizations, as well as client highlights such as birthdays. See below for a complete list of options
Notifications
The following notifications are available for configuration in your system:
- Unassigned Visits
- Clients with no scheduled visits
- Skills Expiring
- Expiring HR Requirements
- Clients/Caregivers with no Bill/Pay code
- Caregiver Birthday
- Client Birthday
- Clients with no Client ID
- Clients with no Primary Diagnosis Code
- Expiring Authorizations
- Clients not seen in the last 30 days
- Clients exceeding authorizations
In the case of expiring authorizations, please note that there is an option to include authorizations without a number as well in this list. In this case, the title will reflect the new option and will say "Expiring Authorizations (Set to Include Auths with No Number)."
NOTE: As of 7/25/24, the HR Requirements and Authorization Expiration will pull regardless of the date, as well as if there is no replacement, as long as the caregiver/clients are active.
