Multi-visit clock-in

Overview

Some organizations need a caregiver to be able to clock into two visits at the same time, such as when they are authorized to care for two patients at the same time, but those patients require different billing. (This is rare, and most common for Private Pay. Multi-client coverage is prohibited in most Medicaid scenarios.)

To turn on this duplicate clock-in override, contact the Support team and provide the specific visit type that should be permitted the duplicate clock-in.
