Messaging a Caregiver via Telephony or Mobile App

Overview

Communicating with your workers in the field while you are in the office via telephony or Ankota’s mobile app is a convenient way for your agency to keep in touch with your caregivers.

Messaging your Caregiver

To message your Caregiver, go to the Main Menu and click on Actions/Requests.

Next, click on the Create New Action button.

Once a new window pops up, cancel the tags (Select All Tags should not be checked) and click Apply.

Next select Send To: Caregiver from the Send To: drop-down list.

Next, select a caregiver to send the message to from the Caregiver drop-down list.

Then check the box Send to telephony/mobile.

Finally, write your message to the caregiver in the Action field. A Title can also be added if desired.

Click “Send” once you are ready to send your message.
