Saved Calendar Filters
Overview
Calendar filters are an option that will allow you to view only the necessary information on a calendar. For ease of use, you can also save searches and name them for quick use. This function is turned on by request, so if you are interested in this function, reach out to Ankota support for assistance in turning it on.
Use
Once the save-as filter function is turned on, using it is easy.
To save a filter,
- Go to the calendar you prefer to work on
- Click the arrow to open the filtering functions
- Adjust the filters to the desired settings
- Name the filter in the top right
- Click Save As
NOTE: Be sure to type in the filter name before clicking "Save As."
