Consumer Direct Options in Ankota

In Ankota, we have many options to make the process of managing Consumer Direct programs more easily. See below for a brief outline of options that may interest you. 

Clock-in and Clock-out with Scheduled Visits

For some organizations, they may prefer to go with regularly scheduled visits. This needs no special configuration and follows standard procedures. 

Clock-in and Clock-out Without Scheduled Visits

For other organizations, they may prefer to allow the caregivers to clock in and out for approved clients on approved visit types using the Assigned Caregivers functionality. Both options are possible; simply reach out to your Ankota specialist for configuration.

Limit Pay by Authorization on CD/CDS Payer only

Particularly for organizations that may allow on-the-fly visits, they may wish to limit not only billing but also payroll based on the authorization. If you are interested in this option, speak to your Ankota specialist for configuration.
