Ankota Training Overview
Preface
The Ankota HelpSite includes a large collection of articles. This article links you to articles on the most critical functions of Ankota software, in addition to listing some of the most commonly used and loved features. If you study and learn the concepts outlined below, you'll be an effective administrator in your Ankota environment capable of handling any basic function, as well as some advanced ones. Please note some administrators, such as Billing and Payroll specialists, may need to focus only on their applicable sections. Additional resources are available in our Ankota YouTube channel and in our Podcast. If you prefer video, skip straight to the Quick Launch section (and be sure to read through your state guide for additional details on your state's requirements).
Please note that Ankota has a train-the-trainers model. This means that after your initial training, your administrative team will train all subsequent hires.

Caregivers & Clients
In order for caregivers to be able to clock in and out, they only need a profile with their names and log-ins for telephony and the mobile app. Most agencies, however, will want a little more.
